STX Entertainment's Greenland has taken over the August 14, 2020 release that Wonder Woman 1984 has just vacated earlier today. The movie was previously scheduled to come out on July 31, 2020 and earlier this year (pre-pandemic) was set to open today, June 12. On its new release date, it will face Fox Searchlight's The Personal History of David Copperfield. Greenland is directed by Ric Roman Waugh and stars Gerard Butler, Morena Baccarin, Scott Glenn, Andrew Bachelor and David Denman.
